In cooperation with MCA Mozambique, M. Couto Alves, S.A., and M. Couto Alves, Vias, S.A., Rowad were assigned to rehabilitate and construct coastal protection for Maputo City, Mozambique. This project included establishing a new configuration system on Maputo’s South Coast as well as developing criteria for both the south and south-west zones. The project duration was 24 months.
