LOGISTICA WAREHOUSES

Rowad took responsibility for constructing a warehouse on an area of 11,500 m² with a 15 m height. Among this area, an area of 6,500 m² will be dedicated for an air-conditioned area and 5000 m² will serve as a cold store designed to work at temperatures that vary between (-20) and (+5). The warehouse also includes a 7 m high rack store, machine, utilities building, water tank, and electrical substation.
