Rowad was contracted by Cojaal, a large Japanese consortium, to carry out the construction of 46 bridges and 8 culverts in Setif, Algeria. Despite the aggressive geographical nature of the project’s location, Rowad proved itself qualified by successfully executing the project within 30 months.
