Rowad handled the construction works for the Civic Center and pool facility for Villages F, M, L, K & J (west) at Marassi, North Coast, Egypt. Rowad was responsible for the turnkey construction of the facility management building, mosque, retail shopping building, generator room, four (4) pool facility buildings and anchor shop. Furthermore, Rowad was entrusted with all infrastructure works, roads, parking areas as well as fences and gates.
