Rowad delivered the Mporium Marassi project in the North Coast, Egypt, handling the full construction of the Civic Center and Pool Facility for Villages F, M, L, K, and J (West). The turnkey scope comprised the facility management building, mosque, retail shopping building, generator room, four pool facility buildings, and an anchor shop, in addition to complete infrastructure works, roads, parking areas, fences, and gates. The works also included the supply and installation of playground equipment, renovation of public spaces, metal screens, sculptures, parking sheds, and gates, along with softscape, secondary irrigation, and complete structural parking — creating a fully integrated lifestyle and leisure hub within Marassi.
