Arabian Group, a new Egyptian developer established in 1990, chose Rowad to handle the construction for its very first investment – a new administration and retail complex. The project is located in 6th of October City and includes Toyota show rooms, two new administration buildings in addition to two medical center towers. The total project duration was 36 months.
