SODIC EASTOWN RETAIL AND OFFICES

SODIC, Rowad’s recurring partner, trustingly awarded the company the construction of its new Eastown Retail and Offices complex of total BUA 154,000 m², which was considered as one of the commercial iconic schemes at the New Cairo. Notably, the SODIC Eastown project was awarded National Project of the Year from MEED 2022, as well as IFC’s Advanced EDGE green building certification.
