Rowad is the turnkey Contractor for the massive R05 mix-use complex with a BUA of over 800,000 m², part of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities’ plan to support and attract investments into new cities. The scope includes the full construction of seven towers, five clusters, and supporting facilities.
