Following the successful completion of the civil and electromechanical works in Phase 1 of the construction of New Giza University in the highest quality and within the time-frame agreed upon, Rowad was assigned the same works for Phase 2. The areas of both phases, 1 and 2, are 20,000 M2 and 20,660 M2, respectively, while the project completion periods for both phases were 8 and 10 months, respectively.
