GE and Rowad successfully delivered the procurement and installation of four high-capacity substations across Egypt, marking a major milestone in the country’s power infrastructure development. The 220/66/11 KV substation in Mostasmereen was completed in just 8 months, while the 500/220 KV substations in Ismailya East, Beni Suef, and Tamy El Amdeed were energized within 20, 18, and 19 months respectively. This achievement underscores the consortium’s commitment to fast-track execution, operational excellence, and supporting Egypt’s growing energy demands.
