N’djamena ( Radisson Blu)  Hotel, located in the capital of Chad, is part of Rowad’s global expansion. The project spans 38,000 m² and is divided into five zones: the main hotel, service building, reception hall, conference room, and political center. Rowad executed the civil and MEP works, utilizing modern construction methods with precast in-situ beams and slabs. The hotel features 175 rooms and is complemented by landscaped areas that enhance the overall development.
