Rowad was entrusted with the completion of four ministerial buildings in the New Administrative Capital on a full turnkey basis. This landmark development is considered one of Egypt’s most significant projects, reflecting the nation’s modern transformation and the strategic growth of the New Capital. The project comprises the construction of four buildings: two consisting of two basements, a ground floor, and seven typical floors, while the other two consist of two basements, a ground floor, and eight typical floors.
