BIOLOGICALS AND BIOSIMILARS MANUFACTURING FACILITY (EIPICO 3)

Rowad has been awarded the turnkey contract for the EIPICO Biologicals and Biosimilars Manufacturing Facility — a strategic national project and the first of its kind in the Middle East to utilize modular construction for pharmaceutical production. The turnkey project comprises two main zones:

• Critical Area: OS & DP (Processing and Filling), housed in a modular structure spanning two floors with an approximate built-up area of 4,750 m².

• Non-Critical Area: Covers an estimated area of 5,524 m².
