URBN-K

In continuation of Rowad’s collaboration with Starlight Developments to complete construction of Katameya Creeks, Rowad is awarded URBN-K, Katameya Creeks’ mixed-use commercial complex. It will house landmark office spaces, a boutique hotel, and high-street boutique retail outlets, divided into seven buildings connected by a pedestrian boulevard and signature landscape.
