MOC HQ AT DIRIYAH

Located in Diriyah, KSA, the project for the Ministry of Culture spans a Built-Up Area of 36,199 sqm. The scope covers the full design stage including concept and detailed design (IFC drawings: Architectural, MEP, and FF&E), LEED/Mostadam Gold compliance, and BIM-based shop drawings. Civil and architectural works include masonry, insulation, waterproofing, metals, furniture, woodwork, doors, windows, and FOH finishing. Mechanical works involve HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, BMS, and LPG systems, while electrical works include LV panels, generators, UPS, power systems, lighting, wiring, earthing, AV, and light current systems. The project is supervised by ARCADIS – DAR AL Riyadh as LEED Design Consultant, alongside CDEC and A&A Consultants.
